Terms & Conditions · Version 1.1 · September 29, 2026

PLINQ is operated under the iziapps brand by Ana Borda, an individual developer based in Colombia. Legal contact: plinq@iziapps.com.co.

Use of PLINQ

You must be legally permitted to use PLINQ and keep your authentication account secure. Provide profile information accurately enough for the service.

Profiles and signals

You are responsible for your display name, username, and photo. PLINQ supports exact username discovery, connection requests, and small ping signals. A ping is not a message and does not carry user-authored content.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, spam, impersonate, scrape or enumerate people, bypass rate limits or blocks, interfere with the service, infringe rights, or access another person's private data or device tokens.

Sharing and controls

Shared profiles use a stable public reference and show only public-safe profile fields. You may remove or block people. PLINQ may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Availability and deletion

PLINQ is an evolving MVP; signals may be delayed or unavailable. When account deletion completes, the Firebase Authentication account and PLINQ identity are removed, including personal account data and PLINQ-controlled social records associated with the account. PLINQ retains only a backend-only aggregate of total deletions and separate broad account-age and engagement distributions. It does not retain a row for each deleted account or a copy of the profile, social graph, or ping/request/connection history. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms and will update the version and effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights or remedies available in the user's jurisdiction.
